Techo Client Portal

End User License Agreement and Terms of Use

Last updated: November 5, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Techo client portal at portal.techoservices.com (the “Portal”), provided by Techo Services Inc. (“Techo Services,” “we,” “us”). By signing in or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms on your own behalf and on behalf of the company you work for (“Client”). If you do not agree, do not use the Portal. If Client has a signed services agreement with us, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Portal only to view your company’s tickets, invoices, quotes, agreements and assets, and to pay invoices owed to Techo Services, for Client’s internal business purposes. We and our licensors own the Portal and all rights in it; no other rights are granted.

2. Accounts and access

Access is available only to Techo Services staff and to people authorized by an existing Techo Services client. You sign in with your Microsoft or Google work account and must keep that account secure. Client is responsible for the people it authorizes and must tell us promptly when someone should lose access or if it suspects unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: access records that are not yours or your company’s; share your sign-in with others; attempt to bypass security, probe or test for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or disrupt the Portal; copy, reverse engineer or resell the Portal; upload malicious code; or use the Portal for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or puts the Portal or other clients at risk.

4. Payments

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the Portal.

6. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free. Records shown in the Portal are provided for convenience; your invoices and signed agreements are the official records.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techo Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from use of the Portal. Our total liability arising from the Portal is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount Client paid through the Portal in the 3 months before the claim. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and does not change any liability terms in Client’s services agreement with us.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Portal at any time. We may suspend or end your access at any time, including if you breach these Terms, if Client’s relationship with us ends, or if Client asks us to remove you. Sections on payments owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state and federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Portal after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
